In 2011, Marina was shocked to find that the competition had caught up and exceeded the shape she has been in when she won the Amateur Arnold 2010 Middleweight , with little resistance.
In 2011, the other competitors were as ripped as she had been and bigger. But, Marina held off a strong field of athletes, and her overall package was enough to win her a second title. Marina said she was very tired in the overall, and things with a little more size she could have taken the overall title. In the event, she slammed into mighty fellow Russian Alevtina Goroshinskaya , and although she didn't win overall, Alvetina had quite a shock. This set of comparisons celebrates a great final battle, lightweight vs heavyweight.

Celebrating 12 months since Marina returned to stage after a 5 year absence. 2nd International Berlin championships 2016! ( This contest was cancelled this year due to lack of competitors).

...Ich habe immer mal nachgedacht eine kleine Sportgeschichte zu schreiben, wie ich im Sport gekommen bin und so weiter... Mal mache ich gerne... Bisschen historisch, Falls es Jemanden interessiert))
Kurz zu sagen - ich bin 2000 angefangen (fast vor 18 Jahren) - erstmal nur im Studio bisschen Masse zugenommen, dann - ab 2002 Gewichtheben, dann Dreikampf (Powerlifting) und Bankdrücken. Ab 2007 - Bodybuilding
Und ab und zu - immer und vor immer- Bankdrücken - liebe diese Disziplin, vom ganzen Herzen!!!❤❤❤
Dieses Foto - 2004 - Bankdrücken Meisterschaft in Sankt-Petersburg - mein Sieg in Absolut und Kategorie.
Damals war ich noch Blond, jetzt - habe schwarze Haare, aber so wie damals, so auch - aktuell - ich liebe Sport💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗:

Short to say - I started in 2000 (almost 18 years ago) - only in the studio little weight increased, then - from 2002 weight lifting, then triathlon (powerlifting) From 2007-bodybuilding
And once and for all - always and always - love this discipline, from the whole heart!!! ❤❤❤
