Seismic Andrea! The Big One will certainly make us tremble in 2020! Her pectorals reconnect with the tradition Nancy Lewis, Gilian Hodge, Annie Rivieccio, Bev Francis. Splendid! Keep it up! A little more volume and more definition, The Big One will be felt at the top of Olympia.

It seems to me that it is chronological, it denotes the fabulous margin of progression of this beautiful woman super muscular.

I don't know what you guys think, but with that angelic smile her immense muscularity highlights a femininity never seen before...



Her mass is so well distributed that her arms do not seem as big as they are i.e. around 45 cm. Incredible and beautiful.

Andrea Shaw confirms "191 pounds'' in her mouth… offseason!! More than 17 inches biceps - almost 18 !!



 

How will she be at Olympia ?! With her incredible pecs and her lovely face… Not to forget the return of Iris, the Margelous, Helle, Monia prepared like never before (!) and Mojo, it should be a fantastic final!

I think she's The revelation of the 5 past years.

Yeah she is incredible in size and symmetry, but she needs to up her game in conditioning.

I think Andrea can get more conditionning for Olympia n that's her deal. Anyway I think she had all the time (and it's a desired timing) to prepare for the Olympia. My little finger tells me that under this candour, in some ways falsely childish, hides a determination worthy of the strongest women champions like Iris or Lenda, a "self-program" like Federer or like Serena Williams, in short a will of winner who takes things threshold by threshold. Watch out for the Big One S. Andrea. She has everything to have place in top 5 at least.

As for her measurements, Andrea says she approaches the 90 Kilos Offseason and has measured herself her own arms at nearly 47 cm... and said to achieve the goal of keeping them at this circumference in competition...
