Profession

Nathalie succesfully runs a gym in germany, „Eisenwerk Chemnitz“. She trains and prepares up to 30 athletes for national and international contests.
One of her key areas is finding and coaching new female talents. At a recent competition in Berlin one of her athletes took the first place in bikini1, and one second place in bikini2. Recently, the first female physique athlete joined her gym.

Nathalie is judge, promoter and supports the local bodybuilding community in various ways. She gives great impulse, especially to the eastern germany region.
Putting all together, she dedicates her life tot he sport, with a special focus on female athletes. She works very hard from early morning to late night, on a daily basis, with hardly any time off, and yet she enjoys her occupation a lot.

In all her interviews there is one repeating pattern, one motto she lives up to: „If you want to achieve something in life, you have to fight hard for it“.

Nathalie Falk has a long and succesful history as a bodybuilding athlete. She has won titles in the very hard fought for german championships, and qualified well in international competitions. One of her best appearances was in 2011 arnold classics, where she placed 3rd, in rock hard condition. This contest earned her the Pro Card.

Nathalie decided to join the newly founded Physique division, and entered two events in 2012: NY Pro and Titans. Despite the fact that she is extremely occupied with her main business, and hardly any connections to the US side of the sport, she took on the challenge and took a remarkable 16th place among 29 at NY Pro. At her second competition she could flatten out her biggest weakness so far (her legs) and placed tenth.
 
She is a very disciplined athlete, and well known for her hard physique. The stage appearance is always creative and very emotional, and especially her showstage efforts are one of a kind.

Her training routine is simple, heavy basic exercise, followed by high rep exercise. During her preparation she sticks to a low carb diet.
