I have been competing in NPC sanctioned Bodybuilding Figure and Physique shows for nearly 8 years and just recently snagged a 3rd Place win in the brand new Woman’s Physique division at the NPC USA’s in Vegas! With this win under my weight belt, I will now be focusing on training for Nationals in Miami in November, with the goal of winning a Pro Card back at home in Miami where it all started long, long ago!
After being double-dog dared by IFBB Fitness Pro Maria Bellando to enter the Southern States Figure show in 2003, my future in the sport was written. I’m a Leo, a fierce competitor, determined, strong-willed and focused. I have trained for years to get where I am now…on the cusp of hopefully attaining a Pro Card in Physique in 2012. I know who I am and what I believe…and that’s all I need to know. Live hard. Train harder.
I don’t pretend to be a “perfect” human being. There is NO such thing. I DO believe that a lifestyle of health and fitness is achievable to everyone - even for production broads such as myself, who have to integrate diet and training into a 13 hour day on set with an evil craft service table lurking in the background. It’s all about moderate practicality.
