Wow she's looking great. I just got my girlfriend lifting too. She's a little sore, but she's got a good base to work with. Used to be a swimmer
Once she sees progress, I'm hoping she'll fall in love with the process like I did...

Sorry there's no video yet. She's a little scared because people will see her in motion.

The new lens is hard to focus, so I stick to the more wide angle lens. New lighting tricks showing more of that muscle landscape though.

At 5.5" (168cm) she's now at 180 lbs. Still bulking with only 2-3 times a week at the gym.
She's planning to reach the 200 lbs. barrier.

Her biceps are almost 14" and she wasn't even pumped when I measured.
