Very good progress for 1 year! 
I think u just have to work hard in the gym, eat a lot of proteins and food and the results will come.

1. I don't think that's gonna happen... it's just too hot and my gf would not want to like other people to see it.
2. muscle pecs, of course! there are enough bolt-ons already.

But she practised posing a lot lately, so you will be in for a treat. Much better muscle control now.
