take your time!
the better are the results for us, i speak from experience, my girl started weightlifting just for me too, but results that are visible take a long time.
unfortunetly she would never allow me to take pics and post them 
viel spaß mit ihr, es ist so geil immer wieder neue stellen zu entdecken die wachsen und sichtbarerer werden

Hey guys. Here's a progress pic after one year of training (2-4 times a week). Still bulking!

 Her biceps are over 13" now (34cm), she's weighing 163 lbs (74kg)
