It does not work this way , You can't cancel a session and then expect the guy to be ok with a session in the future. He has the right to be refunded. It is bad business and this is the 3rd complaint we have had with you regarding this issue.
Also, SessionGirls believes in the importance of being a trustworthy website which is one of the reasons why it's successful. If you do not agree how Sessiongirls runs its business, then you don't have to remain on it .

I don't know how much he might lose, but if he keeps his session, he'll be spending more money for possibly a very very bad time.
Or not. Maybe she'll be in a good mood in order to convince Jullyeg to post a good review.

She was in Vegas right before Covid & I was supposed to be there but the trip got canceled. No deposit. Reading this thread I may hav been lucky.

When the deposit was paid they entered into a contract under whatever terms were agreed, anything not agreed is not included in the contract i.e. changing the date of the meet.

Date cancelled = contract cancelled = money must be refunded.
New date = new deposit = new contract.
Withholding his deposit = stealing.

The fact that she can't grasp these basic common sense principles suggest that she is not in a rational frame of mind. Also the aggressive language used in her email suggests that she's violant.  Or perhaps she does understand but her intent is to outright scam people.

Either way best avoided!

From what I take from it, she basically wants to dictate the rules once she takes a deposit: That if she fails to show up to an agreed to time and place, that she has then has the power to reschedule it as she sees fit.

That definitely shouldn't be how it works. To top it off, she's threatening to extort people.

On Sessiongirls in the wake of this, they have introduced a part of the profiles where the person's policy on deposits is declared.  There are some on there who state no deposit refund under any circumstances. Easy to decide who to avoid with their stance on this.
