Ya know frankly I look best in postage stamp size.   House guest is gone home...now I have no excuses.  Got some fat blastin to do...and oh, lifting..LOL

I'm out.   Went out on my boat rig.  Test to see how bad the injury was. Ok so I fell down and  couldn't get back up....oh the pain.  Definite broken ribs.   I'm in dry dock for awhile on the surf thing.   Once I'm home I'll be testing the weights.....bummed.

Ribs are a pain (no pun intended) take it easy to let it bond back together OK.

I know that pain. Feel better soon Alison.  Ribs heal, but you never think about how much they are involved in all you do until you get a few bad ribs or rib from an impact. Coughing, laughing, and even breathing. Feel better.
