Since 2003-in #powerlifting - also many competitions, the largest in 2008-Ufa / basch kiriya - master of sport international class ipf. 😍
Best performance in 60 kg category (was often about 58,3 kg):
Kneebeugen Equipment - 197,5 kg
Bench Raw-115 kg
Cross Lifting Raw-185 kg
). Bench and cross lifting often made without equipment. Knebeugen rarely - usually - always stir and knee bandage. Raw could max 140 I think, but insecure - what I remember-120 × 3 in raw made))

2009-1 place Russian Cup Bodybuilding (Astra Han)
2010-1 place at the Arnold Classic in Ohio, middle category - bodybuilding up to 57 kg. Second place in jumpsuit bb (there were 3 CATEGORIES: 52, to 57 and over)
2011-1 place at the Arnold Classic In USA again, category up to 55 kg
=== 2011 to 2016 there were only bench and from competitions. No BB)
2016-2 place Berlin Cup - Klass;
- 2th place North East Klass;
- Bochum German International Championship-1 place and German champion in class physique open (Bochum)
2018-1 place jumpsuit santonja cup in Greece ifbb and elite per
May 2018-4TH PLACE MADRID IFBB ELITE PRO
... to switch to Ifbb Pro League / NPC - THERE WERE 3 Qualifier with me:
1) Burneika Pro Qualifier - Warsaw-2th place in figure and 3th in physique class
2) William Batches Amsterdam-1th place physique b (up to 164 cm)
3) Venice Cup-1th in klass a physique + Jumpsuit Physique (between 3 CATEGORIES) and per card IFBB PER LEAGUE 😍💪
... so now I look forward - my journey continues. And I have many plans))
