Did you know that with current technologies it would be possible for a woman to be over 7'0" with 500lbs of mega ripped, ultra shredded muscle? What makes it unlikely tho is the ethics. A Female muscle monster would have to be bred.
1st her parents would have to have the genes for tallness as well as gaining muscle easily. Naturally, without supplements, she could, with the right genetics, be 6'6" tall and very well built. However, from birth her diet would be carefully manipulated, and she would also be conditioned to intensely desire working out. She may even end up growing to 7'6" and 800lbs.
Of course, altho we do it to animals, it's unethical to manipulate a human being like this. Someone who did this would be a mad scientist, in fact, they would probably want to develop an army of these mega muscle monsters, who spend the whole day intensely training to get bigger and bigger...
An interesting experiment tho ;)

actually, with current "technologies" as you mention, that still isn't possible...the most muscular men on earth currently only weight nearly 300 lbs (that's NEARLY not actually 300 lbs) so she would probably be about 50 lbs less than that...for example, aleesha young, and colette guimond, the two most muscular women out there right now, are only about 220-250 lbs (i actually can't remember) and they also juice up a ton...and with the height issue, any person (man or woman) who reaches 7'0" tall, faces early onset gigantism....they have very many health problems and their bones and muscles decay quickly...look at some of the taller basketball players...
the fact of the matter is, a 7'0" 500+ lbs woman is just fantasy...which is why I guess it's in this thread!! haha XD
but no, it's not possible with today's technologies....

I think Lou Ferrigno was 350lbs, and there is an Indian wrestler over 7' and over 400lbs. Genetics will be the next big break thru in muscle growth I believe, the biggest obstacle will be finding human guinea pigs, but there wil prob be at least someone prepared to try it.
