Need some Help

The Raven

Need some help with a new story. I'm not great with feats of strength. So I need some ideas for some. The story is a mini-giantess story and for the scene: she is unsure about her strength or getting stronger while being encouraged to explore this side of herself by her normal friend.

Any ideas or recommendations are welcome. Also, no traditional weights/gym equipment please. Looking for different ideas.

Thanks for any help/ideas.

GreatJustice

There are a few silly, and not so silly things you could have her do which might be fun to write:

1. Apparently there's a current craze where people fill a backpack with heavy weights and walk long distances - might be fun to turn it on its head with a college girl or something carrying around a huge amount of books, or rock samples, or just heavy equipment.

2. It might be fun to have someone go up to a turnstile at a ticket office or something, and the bars are bent from someone absently mashing them out of the way when they go in.

3. There's the classic lifting the couch one-handed to vacuum under it, but you could do the same thing with the fridge-freezer, heavy chest of drawers or even a car.

4. If there's a nautical side to things, she could pull up an anchor without using the winch, or snap the chain trying to pull a set anchor off the sea bed.

5. Someone gets stuck in the subway train doors and she practically tears one in half to force it open for them.

6. When she's hooking up the trailer, the turning wheel screw is broken, so she just lifts, drags and drops the tow bar onto the hitch with one arm.

All sorts of random ideas there... maybe they've sparked a few more thoughts from you!

The Raven

Thanks Great Justice, those are great ideas that I might nick for other stories but not applicable for the story I'm writing.

Scenario more specifically is 18 year old girls around a normal house. The larger girl is afraid of being so different while the smaller one is trying to encourage her to embrace her size and strength, which after some feats of strength cause changes in them both. Feats of strength just isn't normally something that appeals to me but it fits the story really well for my idea. It's just this part that's stumping me and I really just want something interesting to write about.

The only thing I've got is lifting heavy garden statues but I want something else.

Again, thanks for those suggestions. I can already see me using a couple of them in other stories.

Sieming

It would be useful to know the range of strength you were looking for.

The Raven

Her strength grows as she lifts. So I'd probably start with high level human strength (stuff strong people can lift) to beyond human limits (things only the strongest could struggle to lift, but she can lift easily). I don't mind going into the super human levels (things humans could never possibly lift) but not into the absurd level (no lifting whole houses or mountains)

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
