Layla Allen has been training since she was sixteen. She has over 20 years’ experience in fitness training and dieting. She works as a personal trainer and instructor. Her classes (Body Combat, Spin, Yoga, Metafit, Abs) are legendary and are notoriously tough. Layla maintains under 8% body fat throughout the year and drops to 4% body fat for competitions. She has worked with various supplement companies testing the product ranges to see what gets the best results from training and dieting. Layla is an athlete, personal trainer and a master dietician. Layla’s journey into bodybuilding started in 2004; a friend of Layla sent her photo to Muscle & Fitness Magazine as a bit of a joke to see if they would publish her photo. That photo won Muscle & Fitness Hot Body Of The Year Competition. Layla was a mother to two children and in her 30′s was not expecting to hear anything back from the competition but ended up flying to London and had a six page shoot with the magazine. With all the positive feedback she received, she started competing in Bodybuilding shows.
She has won too many national titles to list including the Scottish NABBA, Prolab Classic, BNBF, UKBFF. Layla has one of the best physiques in the country.
