I was in Tampa for a few weeks this summer for work and stayed at a Hampton Inn not to far from the Golds Gym.
I decided to take advantage of a one day free pass offer they had so I went in.

I'm pretty fit from all the running I do and I hit the weights a little bit as well, but nothing serious as a knee and shoulder injury have kept me working out with light to moderate weights.

Anyway, I was absolutely blown away by the thickness and mass of the quads on a very attractive blonde that was working out maybe 15 feet away.  She was wearing gym shorts and the muscles in her legs were unreal!
I wasn't going to chat her up or bug her, but absolutely did a couple of walk bye's.

I didn't know it then, but have since realized it was Meghan Santa Barbara...I'm telling you, she is an absolute UNIT and I was pretty intimidated just walking past her...she looked as solid as an NFL linebacker...trust me, way more muscle than I have ever had in my life and I got serious into weightlifting for a couple years in my 20's.

According to her trainer on IG, she gets up to 215 pounds in the offseason and is planning on doing a Wellness competition at 195.
I had no idea those girls put on that amount of muscle...but being just feet away from Meghan, I believe it.  I weigh 178 pounds and felt pretty small compared to her...

So cudos to her...she looks incredible in her photos but is 10 times hotter in person!!!

Hey guys...I'm still blown away from what I recently saw on her IG.

5'7" and 215 POUNDS in off-season shape...195 in Contest Shape... :what: :what: :what:

She measured her Quads on a video and did it very quickly and not around the thickest part.
The tape was at 28" but i'm assuming at least 29"...maybe even 30" if she had taken the time to do it properly...

Now I know I'm a fairly thin guy...but this chart below is accurate and to scale if opened at 100%...insane difference...
