Anyone tried using peptides before?
« on: February 12, 2025, 07:26:14 pm »
Had a recent session with a fbb and we were talking stubborn belly fat. Have been going to the gym consistently and getting quite stronger/muscular but one thing that is struggling to go is belly fat. It's not obese levels its more of a pouch or pooch. Small annoying belly fat that won't go away. Would go away in the past but as I have gotten older it's become more stubborn.

She mentioned briefly about taking peptides or Growth hormone and how it can really help lose belly fat rapidly and it's safe to take. I have been thinking about taking it but fearful of the side effects.

From what I understand is you use an insulin syringe to draw bacteriostatic water and then insert into powdered peptide vial and you gently mix it, not shake it. You have to store it in the fridge. Needs to be used on empty stomach, one hour before you eat? And the needle needs to be inserted in your belly area?

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi there again

sure you can use Growth hormones or steroids ,with all the side effects included

or losing weight conventionally ...then you`ll lose muscle tissue for sure ,too ...
belly fat is the least sensitive for losing -weight measures ....that`due to evutionalry factors
(belly fat was storage for bad times, when starvation was still common...)
so that`s always a tightrope walk between losing belly fat a muscle tissue maintaining/growing

another point is that often visceral fat around the liver make you fat (and sick)
helping canceling alcohol,to much fat,to much fructosis (fruits ,softdrinks),eating too late in the evening, and
finally to short break between meals (snacking...!) ,about 5 hours between would be fine....
so wish you good luck, perhaps you follow some ideas of mine...?!
