Had a recent session with a fbb and we were talking stubborn belly fat. Have been going to the gym consistently and getting quite stronger/muscular but one thing that is struggling to go is belly fat. It's not obese levels its more of a pouch or pooch. Small annoying belly fat that won't go away. Would go away in the past but as I have gotten older it's become more stubborn.
She mentioned briefly about taking peptides or Growth hormone and how it can really help lose belly fat rapidly and it's safe to take. I have been thinking about taking it but fearful of the side effects.
From what I understand is you use an insulin syringe to draw bacteriostatic water and then insert into powdered peptide vial and you gently mix it, not shake it. You have to store it in the fridge. Needs to be used on empty stomach, one hour before you eat? And the needle needs to be inserted in your belly area?
Does anyone have any experience with this?
