A bit of advice for anyone who uploads files in mass (and this applies to ALL TOPICS)
1. AVOID USING FILE-UPLOAD DOT NET FOR LARGER SIZES.
One of the consistent issues I've been coming across is that every download is easy to interfere with, often falling short and forcing multiple attempts. This is more of an issue with larger sized files, partially due to how the coding for their storage service favors subscription options. If you're going to use File-Upload, make sure to keep them to smaller files, primarily between 10 to 30 Mb., to avoid this issue.
2. MEDIAFIRE IS SOMETIMES FLAGGED AS SUSPICIOUS/DANGEROUS BY SOME BROWSERS
While Mediafire has been a long used site for downloads, their reliance on ads that often carry Malware has put them as an increased liability. If you're going to upload files to Mediafire, be aware that some links will lead to your OS detecting and flagging the site on occasion. If at all possible, choose a site like Mega that allows you to download through a secondary app, particularly for larger sizes over 100 Mb. It will download faster and keep you protected from potentially harmful files and coding.
3. LINKING NOTHING BUT PICTURES IS ANNOYING
We get it. You want Karma because it makes your brain juices give up the happy juice. This isn't Reddit, and you must not farm for likes. On top of that, it's taking up space on this forum's server and only causes huge blocks of scrolling. If you're going to post a comic or a full collection from an artist on here, post some pics as previews and create a download link so that we can get it all in one convenient file like a .zip or .pdf.
