Yeah her condition was insane at the 2019 Optimum Classic and 9th place was a crime.  She got robbed for sure.

There are to many cases like this. The judges are never held accountable for there decisions. I don't know how or why these poor women, like Valentina, put up with this. Clearly something must be done or there won't be anymore women willing to put in the time and effort to compete. Then all that will be left is the pathetic bikini division. Maybe that's what
the "powers that be" want.

The Problem Bro, with these Contests, is that They are Qualitative, sort of like BEAUTY Contests.
In Powerlifting for example, the Actual Amount of Weight is a Decider (Quite Independent of the Human Mind)

In the game of Cricket, (played only in a Handful of British Former Colonies - USA and Canada being GLARING Exceptions) the Game is Far More

Qualitative than BODYBUUILDING and PHYSIQUE. But for more than 150 to 200 years (Mostly matches between Britain, Australia, New Zealand, "Apartheid" Dominion South Africa, ........) there was No Real "PROBLEM".

There were TWO Umpires, and their Decision was Final - also the Decisions were a Division of Labour between them, so No Conflict, UNTIL .......

the 1980s to 1990s when Global Electronic Media, Together with High Precision-Tech Camera Technology Coupled with the HOOLIGANISTIC Behaviour of some of the Players themselves (even Male BODYBUILDERS have so far been Far More Discliplined).

So, some Sort of HIGHER ORDER, just HAD to be Imposed Because, for all its goods and Ills, CRICKET was the ICONIC SPORT of the BRITISH EMPIRE.

So Now, in ADDITION to the 2 Traditional Umpires, there is a 3rd (THIRD) Umpire (Actually an Electronically "CYBORGED" UMPIRE, Whose Eyes and Ears include Miniature Cameras affixed to the  Cricket stumps in addition to maybe  Many Other places. The Actual "MAN" (or "WOMAN") behind all that Technology is in a Cozy room Out of the ground and Harms' way, with the WIRES or Wi-Fi Waves sending Him/Her, All relevant information.

In Addition, there is Also an even Greater Authority, the Match REFEREE, (Cricketing tradition Did NOT have the Technical term REFEREE, until the Problems which were HIDDEN due to the Lack of Technology as well as Competitiveness of the sport together with Tournament Decisions being based more and more on Mathematical Formulas came into play. Match REFEREE has to Decide when Problems like Rain and Unusual weather stops play, who the Victory should go to).
It is as if an American Presidential Election proved Inconclusive, and it was Ultimately decided by the Supreme Court.

However, still, the usual sport is Only Guided by the two Traditional Flesh and Blood Umpires in the Middle of the Cricket ground.



 

Well, however, I sympathise with Your Preference. Val. Mishhina Deserved atleast a Better place, even a Closer finish. Despite Her dedication to Bodybuilding, she also has SEXY Facial features errr...... "Sensuous" even from Slavic or Russian standards, I personally would have Given her 98 % for that, and Between 91 % and 98 % for the  Muscles, and Posing Routine.

Another Option would be the Measure Height, Weight and All the External SKELETAL MUSCLE SIZES of All Individual Contestants, and Combine it with the Posing Routines with some Formula.

That Might Reduce some of the Doubtful or Qualitative Factors, and make the Placings more Quantitative.
