Apart from her successful stint in bodybuilding, Sarita Devi has also earned herself immense fame and recognition in boxing. The 31-year-old is a former world and National champion alongside being an Arjuna awardee. Mother of two young boys, Sarita has shown the world how a woman can successfully balance her professional and personal life.
Sarita Devi had earlier dawned headlines in the year 2014 when she refused to accept her boxing bronze medal at the Asian Games. Having created quite a scene at the podium, Sarita not only refused to accept the medal, but also walked out of the podium while the Chinese national anthem started to play.
A clear mark of disrespect and bad sportsmanship, officials at the Games let go taking any action against her as it was rated as an emotional breakdown. AIBA however put a one-year ban on Sarita from fighting in the tournament.
Having set aside her failures of the previous years, Sarita Devi has truly emerged a star in bodybuilding.

Sarita is definitely one of my favorites at the moment - she looks incredible. She's grown so much since 2014! Absolutely love her hot body:
