We have done several sessions with Elena over the past few years, both in contest and off-season shape. Here, she is in her strong off-season shape, and at 155-pounds, she boasts 16" arms. She is still climbing the competitive ladder as well, finishing 3rd in the US Championships in 2003 and 2nd in a very tough Nations in 2004. We did something new for the gymwork – actually allowing her (tandem with Heather Lee) to do their actual work out...may fast reps with heavy weights. This followed by posing in bikini and two dress items and her interview.
