WPW 266 - Michelle Ralabate (165 minutes)

This was our first release for this 'state of the art' physique-strongwoman and we had two full, separate tapings with her for this video. We lead off with our June 1995 session,when she was about 2 months away from competing in that year's Jan Tana contest. At 4'11" 130 pounds she was 'sort of' off season, but was probably the hardest and most defined off-season physique model of the time. She was in very strong training shape and we combined her gymwork between doing reps for some lifts and strong/max lifts for others. She started with a large number of very strict chins (including some behind the neck), then many reps with 200 pounds for lat pulldowns, (remember she weighed 130), then dumbbell work with 80 pounds in each arm for curls, racking the toe-raise machine, capped off by reps with 1200 for the leg press. This was followed by 30 minutes of posing and a 20 minute interview. Then we move to her contest-shape session and she was very ripped at about 120 pounds, hitting the shots in many outfits, then a brief update interview. In addition, her posing routines from the 1993 and 1994 Nationals, and the 1995 Jan Tana Pro contests are included, all topped off by her landmark performances at the 1992 and 1993 Extravaganza Strength contests. It's all there, one of our best videos ever, and we didn't even mention til now about her beauty of face and hairstyles.
