Its a shame WPW haven't worked on a title featuring her, apart from contest footage, there is scant content on Mimi available which for her physique seems paradoxical given many other women whom pale in comparison have been given undue attention and have multiple titles after their name. Might've been a personal decision and not to speculate but I think she leads a slightly puritanical lifestyle which might justify her disinclination...
