Theresa Hessler  Denise Masino   always  got in  trouble  with my  mother  for having  these Women I most  admired
up  on my wall!  to  be honest  I think she was intimidated  and  jealous because I had  that   have possessed Power
and  Respect and  dignity  for  there  mind  and body!    so  I'am  also to start  relationship  with  female builders and Fit
Ladies  who  can  give  me  tips  on  my  training   though I'am  man  I like  to  hear  female  bodybuilders advice's because
Women  with  Muscle  are  Sexy  and  know what   they are talking  about!  and also  they  know more than some girl  working
at  GNC   who  has never lifted in  her life!   so  hopefully I will even  meet  a lovely builder or fit  lady  for  a relationship  who knows

My name is Steve, and I have been a fan of women's bodybuilding since the Rachel McLish days. I'm 58 years young - in good muscular shape - that means NO pot belly here!  I train 6 days a week alternating cardio and weights to keep my body toned, but am not trying to put on any serious muscle.

Over the years I watched the sport grow, and expand into other areas such as Fitness, Figure, and Bikini. Now, I like all of the categories because no matter which one you pursue it takes the same dedication and sacrifice to shape and sculpt your body. I appreciate that.

I am enjoying this site tremendously, and will certainly have to comment, as you women continually amaze me with your beautiful muscles (and minds). I love it!

Hope I can contribute in some respects, been collecting images of fitness models and some female bodybuilders since the early 1990s so, we'll see what happens.

Hello All,

I've been here, off and on, for a long time. Seems it is overdue that I express my appreciation for a forum that admires female muscle. I doubt I am your oldest member, but I am old enough to confess that my interest dates from the 1960s, an era in which such interests were 'secret' and embarrassing for a young fellow.

By the way,  perhaps someone could help with advice. I know lots of folks download files in various threads. HOWEVER, I've had some poor experience with websites that frequently loading various 'add-ons' that screw up my system.

Any advice on which download links to avoid or which services are safe?

Hi everyone,
I just joined this forum today, mostly because of a thread I was here. I love FBB's and all you girls do to keep your bodies fit and muscular. I used to workout on a regular basis, but I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm just a guy that does his best to stay in somewhat decent shape. I am a member or 24 hr fitness and have been going there on a more regular basis for the last few months. Unfortunately it's not the kind of gym to meet FBB's, but it works well for me since I travel the Bay Area everyday and there is a gym in just about every city here. If you workout there, let me know. Maybe we can train together sometime.
