With sadness I'm posting that NPC level Women's Physique and Figure competitor, Sofia Graham, has passed away at the age of 27. More details about her death and arrangements will be posted when received. If any of you have additional info or want to offer condolences, feel free to share in this thread. Very sad news. Condolences to her family.

So young. May her memory always be for a blessing.

A friend of Sofia's said on insta**** that she died from a heart attack in her sleep.

It's so sad because she was so young and was determined to get her pro card at the NPC North Americans show😔

I met her once at a Target store in Springfield, VA three years ago. She was in contest shape, we exchanged a few words and told her she looked amazing. She seemed like a great and kind soul. May she R.I.P 😢

Seems to be an uptick in the female deaths amongst competitors.  It started when Terri Harris passed a few years ago.  The increased focus on drying out might be to blame.  I don't have the answer, but this is sad stuff.  May she RIP

All of these female competitor dying in the last few weeks is just nuts.
