YES - and with a proper camera and camera man!!
I have just bought the latest FitVids offering.
Again shot by Natalya's hubby. She appears to do pulldowns and rows often using the full stack - 100kg (?) = 220lbs
To increase the stack weight she puts a couple of dumbells on top of the stack. I asses they may be 20lbs each, giving 260lbs total. However the continuity of the video is RUBBISH ! She seems to place the extra weights after doing a set - then in the next set they are missing etc.
She also does some curls using weights which appear very large, first with 4 discs, then 2. No idea of the weight though!
There are also a couple of impressive side chest type poses, cut into the main video - but these seem to be filmed on an iphone, she has a job to fit herself in the narrow portrait slot!
Again the video lacks imagination - the camera is too static, and often shoots Natalya's massive shoulders against a background of black weights - not good when she is wearing black.
Natalya looks brilliant throughout, but she often wears a small towel over her neck and shoulders, so obscuring the view. Quite the teaser!
The video runs about 18 minutes so can't complain for an £11 download.
