Barbie Todd was a very young female bodybuilder from Arlington Texas. As far as I can tell, she only competed twice. The 1994 NPC Lone Star at age 15, then went on to win the NPC Teen Nationals at age 16. At that point she had only been training for a little under two years. She had phenomenal genetics for someone so young. Too bad she didn't stick around.
