  • I just saw the news for Jenny Lynne-Powell and was shocked.  As I look at the others in this thread I am saddened.  So many and all in their 50's or younger.  I love the physiques these women build, but unfortunately this thread shows that what these women do to their bodies to achieve this look is detrimental to their health long-term.  So unfortunate.

I don't know if that's entirely true.  Jenny died of a seizure in her sleep.  There's all kinds of reasons for something like that.  I work in health care and you might be surprised how many people young and old who report a history of seizures.  Without getting into the covid vaccine debate, there are numerous reports of severe adverse reactions, and this could be another instance.  Kristy Enos was recently killed in a car accident, some of the other ladies have died by suicide (mental health) or homicide (possible mental health problem of a spouse or life partner).  If anything, I'd say that mental health problems and the behaviors that stem from them seem to be the most prevalent theme, moreso than the physical fallout of years of training, dieting and substance use.
