That's not that uncommon. What I gathered, she wants to compete in physique. Therefore, my guess would be that downsizing will commence.
I know that fbbs that have 200 pounds have 18"+ arms.

But honestly even at age 22 Aleesha Young's physique was already in "another place" than even this.

Looking at her proportions, head size to body.. etc. She looks to be around 5'3, which would defiantly not make her 200lbs. She's more like 135-145lbs. This girl is not huge, but she's still has lots of sexy muscle which is always good.

She's 5'7  at 209 right now.  She started prep to compete in physique at 175lbs or so and knows she probably won;t be placed well but is using the show to focus on doing a cut - she digs the size and likely won;t hold back on more offseason GAINZ after her show this summer.

She is engaged to a bodybuilder it says on her facebook page I just found. Maybe this is him.  Good luck to her! She has a nice off season look. I hope she maintains it in the coming years. She has that  awesome body type that off season fans love on an fbb or physique competitor.
