WPW 331 - Bethany Howlett

Bethany had to be one of the most fascinating and impressive women to grace our video camera. At 19 years of age, this teenager had developed a muscular physique and level of strength way beyond her years. We lead off with her 1997 video session when she was still 19, and it was hard to believe she was actually in her off-season condition, because at 56" she was an unbelievably lean 180 pounds! And even at that weight, she was very hard showing off muscular size combined with good definition throughout her whole upper and lower body. She is shown doing her strength workout in the gym featuring many strict reps with 135 pounds for curls and a 250 pound incline bench among other strong lifting. Some of our previous models ended up pushing 1000 pounds on the leg press- Bethany started off with 1000 and you won't believe for how many reps. In June 1998 we got her in top contest shape at about 165 pounds, this time of course showing off even more definition, particularly in her legs and arms. For her 1997 session she posed in several outfits, and when in her contest shape she hit more shots in a bikini, leotard and dress and we had a quick update interview. Bethany was probably the strongest and most developed teenager ever and together with her blonde good looks, she made for a most, most impressive video subject.
