We have already released a few videos with Michele in the contest and/or off-season shape, and for this session, she was “in-between” at 5’1” and 120 pounds, so she combines good definition with her trademark lush muscle shapes. She is pretty strong in the gym – 20 chins were easy to do, and she benches her body weight for 20 reps, among other lifts. She then poses in bikini and dresses, showing off a very balanced physique and extreme facial beauty – hard to believe she is almost 40!!!
