I wonder . . . where is she now? Is she still ripped? Too bad she didn't come along a few years later; her physique would probably be more accepted now than it was then in WWE.

She's Brittany MacIntyre now, but she doesn't seem to have much online presence nowadays.  She apparently had a kid around the end of 2017, so I imagine she's fairly busy.  I believe the Insta account @brittanybmac (private) and Facebook @brittany.beede.5 are her.
