I am trying to find out but can't find any pictures of this event that gives the competitors names. Can anyone help out?

 Her name is Jessica Wilson. Here is a picture of Jessica that competed in the 2011 "NPC South Texas Classic" competitions.

Jessica Chorney-Wilson. Jessica was listed as contestant #2.  She came in as #1 in the Women's Bodybuilding division.
