  • The Peach does not always go heavy on the weights, but the last few frames and her comments give the scoop:

    HOW TO: GROW ROUND GLUTES!! There is no other exercise that can do what hip thrusts do, targeting the very top arches of your glutes to create that round shape that so many of us work hard for. I make it a point to always have a form of hip thrusts in every single leg day that I do. The kneeling squat is also a form of the hip thrust that gets looked over a lot. The combo of these two above movements are the perfect pair for even just a quick pump before a photoshoot or event that you want a little extra glutes swole.

    HEAVY ROUTINE! FAILURE AT 8 reps
    Smith hip thrusts: 4 sets/ 8 reps
    Smith kneeling squat: 4 sets/ 8 reps

  • The Peach has been hitting it rather hard lately in the gym.
    I would love to see her compete, but have not read any indications of that on her pages.

All the work and devotion you put into the gym, requires the RIGHT DIET (including SUPPLEMENTS) in order to make it all worth your time. You can work hard and not get very far if you’re not responsible about what you FEED YOUR BODY afterwards. You’re actually tearing your muscles in the gym and the GROWTH HAPPENS when your body repairs the tears, building layers that will be your muscles.
