Did Cindy Philips ever do sessions? I was in Halifax in 2005 where she was based, but wasn't really knowledgeable about Sessions then, so never asked.

Pity if she didn't. She was amazing. I wonder what she is doing now. Great talent

Yep and looks fabulous despite having two kids not too long ago. Cindy could been one of the great sessioniates had she gotten into it. Her, Kristy Hawkins, Colette Nelson, Debbie Bramwell are just a feadies I would loved to seen become sessioniates but never did. Og well.

Had twins like 5-6 years ago and then she got pregnant again last year or 2017 and disappeared off social media. Still had a smoking body afterwards. She was doing CrossFit. Good for her.

Her body was beyond insane for a woman who had twins. Crossfit ladies truly are a marvel physically.

Oh yes they definitely are. CrossFit women currently represent the pinnacle of female physique achievement, in my opinion.

You got 3 kids.   You don’t have much time for the gym.  Even for someone at her level.

Not to mention the fact that her third child has some developmental issues. That makes for even less time / freedom to pursue anything.
