All 3 of my ideas of starting routine the poll results suggest to do in one view
1 starting with a slow double biceps pose, then steel bending and following the most muscular pose.
2 I could do a combination of starting with a static lat sprad following the slow double biceps pose that goes into bicep bouncing after squeezing out biceps as hard as it can for a few seconds
3 Biceps can crush following biceps bouncing and finished by the most muscular pose
I be sure there are some more variations possible

Just for curiousity: Is there any concrete plan for an upcoming contest? Or is it more of a theoretical nature.

You seem to be planning thoroughly and well, I bet you are also disciplined in the preperation.
I am similar with my tasks, however, sometimes it is good to just let go and do it.

At contest diet I need sometime a ass kick lol. Hate diet lol
