I can't imagine what you are going through. Sounds like you know what you have to do to overcome this problem. I'm sure you will. You have after all overcome tough time in the past.I have advanced arthritis..need a knee replacement. Need to lose a lot of weight before I can be cleared for knee replacement surgery.
I'm starting off with physical therapy to try to get better range of motion and so I can bear weight on it for standing xrays. Then go from there...

Hope you can manage to have a positive attitude while facing the challenges ahead.After viewing my standing x-rays, the Dr has told me my knee cap has shifted, I have several bone spurs and advanced arthritis. But at my age, they don't want to rush into doing a knee replacement. Told me to avoid bearing weight on it. To avoid stairs, hills and uneven ground. Keep doing the weighted leg lifts though. And some other stuff. Advised me to keep working on losing weight cause the more weight I lose, the less pressure on my knee.
As if the knee problem wasn't enough. I found out my thyroid cancer has returned. I have made all my accounts private and removed all followers except personal friends. I just need some time privately to wrap my mind around this and get through it.

So sorry, you're having to deal with these health issues especially cancer.
It can be hard to keep going in times of ill health but if you are able to train in whatever capacity I find it almost always lifts the spirits.

Ok.. First off.. You must not know the process for all this. Not under treatment yet, I'm still in the diagnostic process. And if you've really been seeing my progress over the past few weeks you would see it is possible cause it's happening and it's possible to continue as long no surgery ends up being determined to be needed from what the see on my body scan Sep 30th.
Shelly, I did not know you were still in the diagnosis stage and that treatment had not started. I meant no disrespect, what I was trying to say was, the gains you have made are so phenomenal, they don't seem humanly possible. Which puts you in a class by yourself.

There's a sense of brutal roar magnificence with Michelle that makes me keep coming back for more. I have to say I am pretty fascinated by her physique and personality. Both seem to have been built with hard work and plenty of knocks and courage. I would be weak at the knees if I ever met her. Such a magnificent alpha, I'd feel like tucking my balls away in her presence. When you are this big and strong you get to choose what you want and don't want. She deserves that by making all the sacrifices she has clearly made, not to mention her obvious genetic gifts. I'm a believer for sure.

I had a short video call with Shelley. I think you won't ever able to find natural muscles as big as hers on someone else. Biceps are pretty obvious but her pecs and traps might be hard to judge from pictures but once she flexed in our video call i was amazed from the size of pec bulge 💪💪

Are your biceps really 24", like have you measured them lately? I tried looking up the biggest female biceps on record and it said Rene Toney had 20.25".
Not trying to say they don't look absolutely massive. Just saying, if they really are 24" you've got the biggest biceps EVER on a female... that's absolutely wild!

I broke down and went to the ER last night. My tests came back positive for strep throat and my covid test was positive. I have pneumonia as well.. The Dr said it's the covid pnuemonia.
I was able to stay fever free for a couple days and ended quarantine yesterday. But now this morning, I woke up coughing my head off. So who knows.
Recovery form pneumonia and strep is not done quickly. Sounds like you are making progress. Even though a step backwards is part of the progress.

Still out of breath easily. But starting to have a little more energy. Started physical therapy for the sciatica. As far as the mental health, I'm on new meds since Christmas and I finally seem pretty adjusted to them and they seem to be working.
On the waiting list for DBT group therapy (8 month waiting list right now) and start counseling on April 16th. Still can only have a week's worth of my meds so someone comes every week to fill my pill box.

I was referred to the pain clinic. They mentioned chiropractic care but my Medicaid doesn't cover it and it's crazy expensive. My ex boyfriend is having it for his back and it's not covered. He set up a payment plan but the total from start to finish( his last alignment scheduled) comes out to $4,000 total.

I'm actually going to the doctor today because I have been having pain in my left hip/butt/low back for 2 weeks now. I tried advil for 5 days and it did nothing, so I want to see if I have sciatica and get on toradol also.

Good call reporting that worker, people with that outlook and attitude shouldn't be in the position he's in. You're right, he'll be what pushes someone over the edge if he's hanging up on people who need to talk.
I'm glad you're back at home and didn't have to be admitted, being in the UK I'm not sure how it works over there in terms of keeping someone for suicide/self harm attempts etc but home is definitely the best place to heal.

That's great that you're having the video sessions and that they sound like they've heard you out. It sounds like they're there if you need them and can tell them anything without anyone else finding out, which is definitely a big help in the mental health battle.

Hi, Michelle I sure hate to see anyone suffer. It sounds like most of your suicidal thoughts/actions are because of the physical pain you're in. I am an athlete and have had lots of issues too...a lot of people do. What really helped me and changed my life was The Egoscue Method. Pete Egosque wrote a book on his discoveries called Pain Free. He works with chronic pain sufferers and athletes.
His methods are so effective he has opened up multiple clinics all over the United States. There's 2 here in Arizona now. The methods/exercises are like no other you've ever seen. They dont take isurance though so may cost $500-3000 depending on how much treatment you need. I had a back surgery in 2007. My disc at S1-L5 was almost completely gone except the part that was bulging out. I had a fusuin done and it didnt fuse. I thought my life was over.
This method totally changed things for me. I mountain bike 50-100 miles per week, I hike and can do monster hikes like Cactus to Clouds (22 miles climp 10,600 feet), I swim 3000 yards at a time, and I lift pretty heavy at the gym (I take it easy on squats and deadlifts though). BTW, swimming is an excellent exercise and elongates the spine.
Getting back into motion and flexibilty when you're able will also make a huge difference. Check them out they probably have a clinic in your state or city. Ayways, I wish you the best of luck. They are wonderful, they were more than twice as many arms, they have arms that measure 11 inches, their arms reached 24 inches, they are bigger than many people's thighs, their arms came to be the same as Ronnie Coleman's, who is the greatest bodybuilder in history. Hun, it's not that none of you can help. Most of you guys are being great with being supportive. I'm just trying an intensive group therapy program right now that takes up my entire morning 4 days a week. I'm trying to focus on that. I know I said I wasn't updating anymore. I just wanted to be able to give some good news of improvement instead of more news of another overdose. Which there was one and it was pretty bad but it did lead to me finally being allowed to sign in voluntarily in a much better hospital and getting into this outpatient program. I hope to have much better reports very soon.
I was upset with Hobbs cause he assumed that not only my physical health was good enough to post the kinda stuff that sells on only fans but he had no clue of my other struggles which are updated here as well.

Big fight at home. My ex who is my roommate threw a fit when I said I was planning to go visit a friend for a weekend sometime soon. When I mentioned I was getting my own place, he said to get out now. I left with nowhere to go. Got a motel room and took 125 extra strength rapid release Tylenol and have been in ICU. I'm on my way for inpatient psychiatric treatment.
Definitely sad to hear -- i've got 2 bulging discs myself. It does require a good deal of caution, and some positions are problematic -- probably forward bends are bad, depending though on how the disc has slipped. That said, it doesn't mean your days of lifting weights are over. Indeed, strengthening your core is that much more important. Also -- while fusions can be really problematic, there are other treatments coming on line that repair or replace the disc and after some period of immobilization you might be as good as new. You're young. You should look into it.

I think you should do whatever is best for you. I think you’re at your happiest when you can lift and show you’re strength, but we know there is a lot more to you than that. If you never lift again I hope you can find happiness because you’re still great. Even if you lost all muscle we (most of us I hope) want to to be your best self and happy

Thank you!!! I'm actually doing pretty awesome. Physical therapy helped my back and knee immensely. I'm back at lifting, bigger than ever and on a high speed gain train to getting much bigger yet.

I'm new to the site, but I have to say - my word, what jaw dropping size and power. I've been bodybuilding for 30 years now give or take and I've never seen anyone, male or female, who even comes close to your sheer mass. Serious respect for you.

As others have said, it's great to see you here. If you do drop a bunch of weight, I'm sure we'd all love to see the results. Still, so impressive. I'm back in the gym again, getting serous for the first time in years because of COVID and back and shoulder issues. Loving the weight I've lost but also loving seeing the muscles come back. For all that, and for the excess weight you're carrying, whatever numbers you have (24+" is just wild), the size of your bicep muscle is amazing. That big hunk of muscle which is clearly visible is just that...muscle. Very impressive. WIsh I had that much muscle under my skin.

My CBC, CMP, EKG etc are all normal. Are you a Dr? My pulse ox saturation and heart rate is low from the long-term dehydration from having diarrhea after everything I eat. They've done nothing in the ER. I went back yesterday. All they offered me is a CT scan again when I just had one Thursday.
I finally fought and advocated for myself with them all day and found out the first dr, the oncologist, sent the order for my colonoscopy and Upper GI as a regular screening procedure which has no urgency to be done. After standing up for my needs all day over the phone and in person, my primary Dr sent the order as a diagnostic colonoscopy and upper GI. So, that is being done Wednesday, Nov 2nd.

My stomach issues were psychosomatic and brought on by stress from fighting with my ex and his emotional abuse. I'm back to normal now. I'm actually going to start lifting again. And 80 lbs dumbells for 20 reps you are extremely strong. You could lift my 180 lbs body very easily ;)

I do want to echo what others are saying. 20 reps with 80 lb dumbbells is astounding. I had no idea you were that strong. I get lots of compliments on my guns. Not sure I could do one curl with 80 lb dumbbell (I use that weight for bent-over rows or, with a spotter, for chest press only). I probably couldn't do 20 reps with both arms and an 80 lb barbell.
Also want to echo the sentiment in another comment about how happy you look. That smile can light a room. Sheer delight on your face. Nice to see.

Constantly comparing her to other women probably decreases the chances of her coming back.
I don't know why people keep falling for the same thing with Michelle.
She posts pictures looking for validation, insults everyone who compliments her, throws a tantrum and vanishes, then reappears to repeat the cycle....and people fall for it again and again.
Her muscles and strength are amazing, it's just a shame the personality doesn't match.

It's the guys on here who constantly make comparisons with Koorn. Michelle hasn't made direct comparisons, she simply replied to comments on here by posters who constantly bring it up.

I understand everyones frustrations, but Bipolar disorder is a very difficullt thing to manage. Her ability to pack muscle on, especially her biceps (especially recently) is out of this world and i'd rather get to see her progress occasionally with some drama here and there than not see them at all.
