Ingrediënten

150 gram amandelen
100 gram ontpitte dadels
100 gram water
60 gram agave
50 gram kokosmelk (of gewone melk of water)
30 gram cacao
25 gram kokosbloem
25 gram chocolade whey (optioneel)
5 gram vanille
snufje zout
theelepel bakpoeder

Bereidingswijze

Maal de noten en dadels fijn in de keukenmachine. Voeg vervolgens alle overige ingrediënten toe en meng het tot een glad beslag. Voeg eventueel extra water toe om het glad te krijgen.
Verdeel het over muffin vormpjes of doe het in een cake vorm.
Bak het vervolgens 15 minuten op 200 graden.
Haal ze uit de oven als ze nog iets zacht van binnen zijn. Even laten afkoelen en klaar!

Totaal 25 minuutjes werk (inclusief baktijd) en dagen lang plezier van heerlijke brownies! Of één dag heel veel plezier wanneer je ze allemaal in één keer op eet natuurlijk.
