Addressing Client Blackmail and Manipulative Tactics
« on: August 07, 2024, 11:14:05 pm »
Hi everyone,

As someone new to this community, I wanted to share an important issue that many of us might be facing: client blackmail and manipulation when they disagree with our terms.
I know that there are mostly guys on this site (or that’s what I could see until now), but I know a lot of us girls are out here too, maybe not everyone writes, but we do check the forum.

Recently, I had an encounter where a client threatened to write a negative review about me because I insisted on a deposit before the session. This individual tried to pressure me into changing my terms by suggesting that they would tarnish my reputation (basically on this site) if I didn’t comply.
This is not the first time.

I believe it’s crucial to stand firm on our terms and not give in to such threats. Deposits and other requirements are in place to ensure both parties are committed and to protect ourselves from no-shows and last-minute cancellations. I know some of us accept a non-deposit, but some of us don’t and that’s fine. Accepting blackmail or manipulative tactics undermines our professionalism and sets a dangerous precedent.

I just thought that sharing these experiences can help other girls navigate similar situations and educate clients about the importance of respecting our terms and conditions.

Please:

   1.   Stand your ground: Your terms are there for a reason. Don’t let anyone pressure you into compromising your standards.
   2.   Stay professional: Respond calmly and professionally. Avoid engaging in heated exchanges.
   3.   Report and share: Let others in the community know about these incidents to raise awareness and support each other.

Stay strong y’all💪🏼!

Best,
Vera Musclemommy

Hey!
No, that’s not blackmailing neither threatening, in my opinion. Not who I’m talking about 😉

Threatening a negative review to avoid paying a deposit is a threat to a woman's business viability.

I wonder what the prospective client is thinking when he attempts to maneuver away from providing a deposit. This also applies to those who try to bargain prices downward. Are they thinking that first impressions aren't important, and that showing they won't accept a woman's conditions or pricing means that they will receive a top quality session? Or are they thinking that they would rather pay less, and they will accept that a session provider will subsequently acknowledge that there is a lack of respect for her ability to set her own prices?

C'mon guys. A woman who achieves the kind of physique or who trains in martial arts is able to know whether she requires a deposit, and to evaluate her hourly rate. You're entitled to say no, thank you, or to agree. Not to threaten her business with negative reviews.

Well, they just don't think. There's nothing in their heads.
There are morons everywhere.

Beta boi bitches will always be a part of the landscape, unfortunately. They consistently pop off with that same "hey, I'm the customer here!" jive and don't realize and cannot accept that no one actually wants their business.

There is a better-than-100% chance that the guy will attempt to get a session with her under a different alias.

Stand ground 1000%

More than that, tho, is the notion that this guy is gonna threaten that to get out of a deposit, then expect to have the session and not get treated like the shithead he is. JFC.
