A shame that Lesley Ann Armstrong wasn't in her best shape as she would have given Ria a good fight for first if she had been. And also a shame that Sarah Williams seems to have left her pro tan at home! Her physique deserved better presentation in my humble.

Rosie Harte was commmentating a play by play on Muscular Development and said re new champ Silvana "Incredible how she's transformed her physique over the last couple of year, improved balance and slimmed her waist right down. Nothing negative to say!"

On Ria Ward Rosie said, "Great colour, the whole look is just polished and pretty. A clear winner."
