Although I'm not sure, I think this is Alyssa Loughran.

Sue Price from the Nemesis series. She played Alex a female cyborg. I use to rent them from the local video store when I was in college. The guy at video store would hold them for me whenever a new one came out. They really helped during those stressful times. Sometimes when my roommate would go out I get the vcr ready for a night of pleasure. I had to be smart cause I didn't want him to walk on me in mid-spank. So I would put a tie on the doorknob which the guys official call sign of I got a Girl for the night. He would go to a party or his girl's place then he'll come back and ask about how was Alex. Still to this day when we see each other he still asks me about Alex. LOL
