Right beowulff, you owe me a drink or 2 for this one! I've run this through the timmon European bloc  database of femuscle, and the results have just come back from my extensive data trawl of Russian femuscle. ( Programme loosely based on Odoherr's International historic femuscle data trawl systems).

From what I can gather, competitor 205 is Загрудняя Галина which translates as Galina Zagrudny. Nothing comes up in her translated name, but in her native language I have discovered that she was born in 1955!
She has been competing since 1995, or that's when records of her contests began, and has entered 53 contests! All in Russia, her placings vary from 1st to 4th. So she is a sort of Russian Yaxini, really, always there, and she must be a celebrity FBB in Russia, surely.

So well done for spotting her beowulff, it is a pity the language barrier is stopping us from celebrating her achievements. The lady is almost 60, and was 49 when she started, that's really something to celebrate.

I guess she should have her own thread?

By the way, this contest was the 2014 Cup of Russia held in April this year. Natalia came 1st, and Галина (Galina) came 3rd.
It really does make me marvel sometimes. What other sport can have twenty year olds and 59 year olds on stage going toe to toe with each other? Great stuff. Makes you proud to be an FBB fan, don't it?
