No..sorry, you took that the wrong way. I am saying post pics, I am sure the members would very interested to see your progress. I asked you to let us know what all you tried as far as supps , routines and stuff so that people can better help you come up with ways to get you making your goals.
I was just letting you know that people don't typically come here to ask for training/supp advice.I really didn't mean to come off rude. And beowulff is right, I am sure that many people here will glad to give you some good advice. Please feel free to post any stats, lift stats and pic and keep people updated on progress.
