This one's a little different; Deidre didn't do any WPW or Ray Martin shoots, despite being one of the hottest fitness models on the planet and being 5'9. This clip (which runs about 20 min) is a mash-up of old Threashold, GMV and Rob Sims videos.
Deidre is still active posting fitness tips and philosophical training nuggets on her YouTube page.
I threw a couple of recent KrivsStudio clips on at the end. She is still hot, but much more ripped. One of her own videos lists her weight at 170 (!!!). Molto bella!
