Thor was the second planet out from a yellow sun, and in many ways was much like Old Earth. Oxygen-rich atmosphere, water and carbon-based biosphere, only slightly higher gravity, and a similar distance from its star, Aesir. The biggest difference was the bizarre compound that saturated its atmosphere known as Titan 3. It was far more potent than any steroid ever made by chemists, and built up in the body, both accumulating, causing growth throughout a creature’s lifetime, and passing down to an organism’s offspring, making each generation of the local wildlife larger and more muscular than the last. Apart from the occasional scientist, there was no real interest in the planet, so nobody made much of a fuss when the eccentric heiress/bodybuilder Tanya Heller bought it. She recruited a group of other women, both cis and trans, and managed to bribe the pilot of a maximum security women’s prison transport to dump the prisoners there. Then Tanya and her followers settled the planet as well, giving the prisoners an ultimatum to either follow them or be left to themselves in the wild. The scientists among Heller’s group developed a swarm of nanobots that were released into the atmosphere to alter every human on the planet. Their strength and receptiveness to Titan 3 was increased, and their sex chromosomes modified to make them effectively a new hominid species, the cisgender women remaining female while the transgender ones became the hermaphrodic “seeders.” Tanya’s dream of an all-female culture based on strength and muscle could finally come true.
