I remember hearing about a session wrestler in France some years back that has her husband or boyfriend doing this, I want to say Wei-Lin or something like that to discourage session wrestlers from traveling there.
Yes, I also remember this story. It was Weilin's husband who is an expert in martial arts.
He tried to intimidate female session wrestlers to travel to France.
But Weilin is no more active since many years. She was a very good wrestler.
I remember that..Helen wrote about it in her yahoo group....Weilin's husband's name is Daniel Quoniom(sp?), she said he came to the session and gave her an envelope that she later discovered only had tissue paper inside (she didn't look first???)
Then, as he wrestled her, he told Helen her "technique is shit"
And he tried to perform a "heel hook" on her, which she said would cause a nasty spiral fracture of the bone...she didn't mention how she got him out, but she was warning other ladies about him, and I think it was alleged Sandrine might have gotten threats from him too.
