Pam,
I really enjoyed watching the acrobatic aerial performance on your site.
This could be either a circus or cabaret act. It looks strenuous to perform-- and also dangerous, since you could fall from a significant height.
It was awesome to stumble upon this while checking out your website.

I loved training for the aerial silks.  It is extremely strenuous to perform and can be quite dangerous though which is one reason I have stopped my training on silks.  Also, I had to really try hard to keep my weight as low as possible to be able to perform these skills, which is counter-productive to bodybuilding.  At the time of the filming of this routine I had lost 10 lbs. of muscle.  I was able to gain back the muscle pretty quickly after stopping the silks training.  I do miss it though!  I also love watching the routine periodically.  I'm glad I had the experience.  It just doesn't fit into my bodybuilding training.

Here is an irony:
As a young boy, it was mostly women acrobats and aerialists who displayed significant muscular development- which attracted me as a young boy. This ttraction " evolved" to include women track and field athletes. Bodybuilding for women did not develop as an activity for women until the mid-to-later 1970's- and my appreciation for muscular women evolved with this.
And now the muscle you can develop as a bodybuilder is counter-productive for acrobatics.
Don't get me wrong, maximum muscular development is desirable- it is just ironic that what was once the primary outlet for muscular women is now something with which  muscular development interferes.
We have come a long way---- and so have you!
