I had some issues to begin with, I uninstalled but still nothing so I closed it and opened it a couple of times, it worked after that. Not sure that's helpful but worth a try!

Were you able to install and play the game? We are not sure why, but the Windows version has some issues with certain PCs. The Android version is perfectly bug free so we would suggest that. Else use BlueStacks on your laptop to play the Android version. Hope this helps.
