Bee Tompkins
« on: April 09, 2020, 04:14:00 am »
Not my thing but I know some guys like when women beat up guys
There were these cops shows in the late 60s and 70s that were based on true stories.
In the first one a lady helps the police catch a guy trying to steal her motorcycle
In the second she stops a bank robber

I don't know if she is playing the same role in both clips but the lady is the same actress in both

Her name is Bee Tompkins. She was an occasional bit player in Hollywood movies and tv shows during the 60's .She actually played 2 different characters in Dragnet and Adam 12. In fact, the 1970 appearance in Adam 12 was her last screen role. Her biggest role was the co-lead in the 1969 lesbo-exploitation film, The Tender Touch. Here's a scene from that movie:

TV shows and movies from the 60's featuring kick ass women was actually more common than you would think.

When I first started looking her up, I assumed she was a stuntwoman who occasionally had speaking parts, but there's no listing for her doing any stunt work.

I knew a bit about her. I also thought she might have been a stunt woman.

I'm not surprised that they show women beating up in a lot in t.v. and movies. Most of the time it was played up for a laugh. And even though anyone can see the humor in these two scenes, the fact that they actually happened gives them something extra. (Funny because its real and funny because its true?)

But I figured most guys would not care considering how old this is. I just posted it for the guys would've loved to be outside the bank when this really happened and watch a woman beat a guy up. And then there are the other guys who would want to be a motorcycle stealing bank robber and run into a woman like this
