In the context of the sentence, they are referring to money sent. The member claims he heard that clients have sent her a deposit, but she claims she never received it.

Hey,

I have had some messages with her. She seems pretty friendly... but pretty busy from time to time. She answered very late but wrote that she is sorry for replying late.
