Thanks Mate!  She just came from the gym and rolled her long socks down which left marks because her calves are thick.  The purple girl showed up too--both solid strong girls!

I wish I had more.

In the meantime--and maybe this could be a different post--she was so kind as to crush a nearly frozen papaya for the composite bin for me!  It was literally so easy for her I had to have her stop so I could get extra angles.  I have a video clip.  I need to figure out the best way to post vids here.

A few from this evening...not as dramatic as fruit destruction yesterday and running out of light.  That darn scab from deadlifting is almost gone.  These were taken after deadlift dead.  Her arms are getting big too.

Thanks, I'll let her know   she is getting big, she no longer fits into her regular jeans because the quads and hamstrings bulge out.  Skirts and workout clothes are all that fit.  Her first powerlifting meet is in the fall.  She consumes lots of protein now and has gone from 126lbs to 138lbs and lower body fat.

Thanks beowulff--I'll let her know.  She only started lifting a little over 9 months ago!  She always has had muscular legs and solid build, but she finally found weights "bit by the iron bug" and has made gains neither of us thought possible before!  She was doing dumbbell shoulder presses today at home and asked me to hand her two 35lb. dumbbells.  Her form was bad so she only did a few, then lowered it...but I was impressed. Here are a couple from earlier--I think I need her to wear white tights for pictures since the cat hair likes to stick to her butt.

I need to find out sizes myself.  We did some measurements when she first started, will have to test again.  I think her current thigh size is about 23" but not totally sure.  She just had to buy new jeans from the athletic girl's store with more stretch--still tight, though she can do squats in them as she demonstrated.

I can confirm at least the right thigh is 24" on the tape I used last night to check.  It was 21.5" when she started...though it's kind of not an exact science.  I need to double check the other measurements when we get time.   Thanks for asking!

These pants are pretty new and now the seams on thighs look ready to break!  She does 150+ grams of protein everyday and lifts 2 hrs x 4 days a week--that explains it.  She looked at the picture and couldn't believe that is what she looks like now.  Her thigh measured 22.75" in these pants, closer to 24" right after heavy squats.  Poor pants.

She's added creatine and upped the protein to 160g / day and getting stronger!  Veins now present in forearms.  She curled 40 lbs. for a rep, but can do 35lbs. for a couple but not with great form yet.  Bench is about mid 120lbs. for 7 reps.  Today was leg day and those white jeans have now been retired because they are too difficult to put on.  She wore them today and up and down both legs and inner and outer leg had a long calf to butt had deep crease marks from the seems from the jeans that are way too tight.  I think she could burst the seems if she wanted too but she insists on donating them since they are new.

Her even more muscular legged friend stopped over.  I took pictures of them but cropped faces out.  Her legs are sooo thick, OMG and when flexed her calves are the biggest I've seen in real life, w/ giant quads and ass for days w/ small waist.  Makes my wife look small.

Some veins in calves and quads growing.  Athleta brand jeans don't fit, she needs to size up.  She tried them on after squat day and needed help getting them on, so back they go for more skirts.  She squats around 210lbs. But wants to get to 300lbs so she can get a state record (there are like a million powerlifting organizations so you can kind of cherry pick).  She likes the idea of wearing revealing outfits and loves the idea of lots of men being turned on when I mentioned there was quite a few views already.  She might do some semi nudes at this rate, sex drive is going well.

I mentioned that to her, she is too large to cross her legs.  I also had to buy her a back scratcher after the first month of lifting.  Hopefully she will keep on growing as she planned.  I'm still amazed...feel like I need to share.

In the never ending quest to find jeans that can contain her growing thighs and butt, she tried these.... I think the seems look a little unhappy and I'm guessing she is going to have marks up and down her legs when she takes these off.  Her quads are rock hard, I mean really hard.  Amazing muscles!

Oh, she was packed in alright.  The conversation before work was about how she loved these new stretchy athletica spandex jeans.  I told her that it took way too long to put on and I told her that I bet there's going to be Jean stitching marks up and down both side of her legs when she gets home from work. Sure enough, when she got home and peeled the jeans off there was marks deep into the side of her muscles. 

she asked me how many people are interested in her legs she guessed maybe a hundred I told her that this link has 4000 hits already.

Me too, beowulff--so proud of her.  I just realized if you zoom in on those after-tight-jeans-all-day sofa pictures above you can see the individual stitches.  Ouch.  Problem is when she wears dresses to work they turn into miniskirts because her ass and thighs bulge so much now, they pull up her skirt.  Increase in protein has her up to 137lbs.  Really hard too.  She works so hard and last night garden shots show her arms and back too.  All of jackets are too tight...she eats extra protein for dinner and usually half of my dinner.  Some arm flexing coming up later.

Here are some video stills from a photoshoot/videoshoot I helped with for an organization that she belongs to.  I have plenty of shots that compare her legs to other people's legs and needless to say there isn't any comparison.  I told her it obvious now that she is getting large and she seems to be into getting even bigger after seeing these shots.  She honestly dwarfs the women and men in this organization.  As she has gotten more and more muscular her personality has changed too.  She now loves the idea of lots of men getting off looking at her--she knows that I love muscle but thinks some guys get intimidated.  Like, who cares?

Showing off in the garden this morning.  She wants veins in her quads too.  A certain way she sits they are visible, not so much here.  Today is deadlifts.  She lifts 4x a week 2hrs each time.  Her coach is impressed with her strength gains.  Her size has gone up just since I started this thread.
