Most of the population thinks that gynecomastia can only be caused by steroids, either due to a high presence of estrogens or an elevation in prolactin due to the use of Nandrolone or Trenbolone (completely false myth), gynecomastia can also be due to a malfunction of the liver.

❕The liver metabolizes and conjugates more than 50% of estrogens, and it is done mainly by two phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2 pathways).

❕When the liver is damaged the metabolism of estrogens is altered, both within the liver and in the extra hepatic tissues, causing an elevation 📈of the level of estrogens and therefore causing gynecomastia 🍒.

Very true i was reading about this the other day . What do you recommend as a liver protectant
